Assignment Planning
Assignment Planning consist of in-depth security assessment of the site. This involves:
- Establish working knowledge of patrons needs and requirements
- Conduct research of the local area and Identifying any weak spots
- Written confirmation of Site Instructions for inclusion in the Assignment Instruction
- Emergency contact and procedures
Quality Assurance
At the inception of an Assignment we designate a member of the management team who would be the key point of contact for all matters relating to the Assignment. The arrangement follows through for the personnel assigned. This allows for consistency and continuity especially during the early stage of the assignment. Meetings between Citybrite Management and the patron are mutually beneficial and scheduled meetings are agreed at the commencement stage of the contract. Additional meetings can be arranged at any time on request.
